Unfortunately, I have overcome me xò nn sn binge! I FTT cmq a good diet and healthy eating a few things sl k nn sn returned to qlle calories!
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal bread with honey and 2 normal makkia plus 100 g of skimmed milk
Lunch: pasta with the vegetable soup, an orange and an apple
Dinner: boiled artichoke, 2 slices of toasted with a little bane oil, garlic and oregano (I could avoid qst I know) and an orange .......
dmn it ........ I'll take 300
and with the help of a friend of mine I have already programmed the food diary: I
breakfast ..... but I'll skip lunch, the afternoon will go to dance (an hour and a half of classical dance makes me burn 400 calories) and eat light!
Breakfast: 100g of milk = 32 calories, plus 2 slices wholemeal bread = 56, a teaspoon of honey = 30 kcal
: a boiled egg = 80 calories, 200g of boiled zukkine = 26 kcal
Tot: 224 !!!!!! If I can
